Escape rooms  are real life adventures where you and your fellow players have an hour to break out of a room by cracking codes, solving riddles, piecing together puzzles and finding clues. 

No! Your safety is our top priority at Riddle Me This Escapes. You are free to leave the room at any time you feel necessary. 

No! Our rooms at Riddle Me This Escapes are private. Only the people that you bring with you will be in your escape room. 

Anyone can play! However, if you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 and coming without a parent or guardian, they must fill out a waiver before leaving.

Kidnapped is recommended for ages 10+.

Just your friends and a winning spirit! You will only need the clues within the rooms to escape. Before your game, we'll ask you to fill out a quick waiver. 

Yes!  We want everyone to be able to come enjoy the adventure of our escape rooms.  If you need other special accommodations, please call or email us to see if we can help.

Kidnapped does require alternate game play for wheelchair access. 

Booking in advance is recommended to ensure availability. You can see escape game times and book reservations on our online booking page. We do offer in-person bookings, but we can’t guarantee spots will be available. Click HERE to book online! 

 We understand that things  can come up! If you need to make changes, we can assist you; however, we  are unable to provide refunds for tickets:

• If you contact Riddle Me This Escapes at least 2 hours before your scheduled booking, we can reschedule your escape room experience or we can issue a gift certificate for future use.
• No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or a gift certificate.

We will be monitoring your progress throughout the escape game. Our game masters will provide clues if you get stuck — after all, we want you to have fun! Remember, it's not only about trying to escape the room, it's about the full experience.

Yes. Our rooms at Riddle Me This Escapes are designed for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 players. 

NO use of cell phones, cameras, or any electronic devices are permitted in the rooms.  Taking pictures or video is not allowed and will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.  We want to keep our puzzles fun for everyone! 

Head on over to the gift certificates page for a customizable digital certificate that you can instantly access and print upon purchase. You can also call in and stop by during open hours to purchase one. 

Yes. All certificates, digital or physical, are valid one year from the date of purchase.  

It is now ready for you to save, print, or send to a friend to redeem! We highly recommend saving a .pdf and printing out a physical copy just in case you forget the code or the original is lost! 

You can cover the cost of a minimum of one person, and a maximum of eight with a certificate. Please check the maximums and minimums of the rooms prior to purchasing or redeeming a certificate.  Player maximums vary from room to room, and may be less than eight people. Additionally, you must have at least 2 people to play a room.  

If you find yourself wanting to add more people after purchasing a certificate, no worries! When the certificate is redeemed, you can still add them to a booking for the standard per person rate. 

Yes! Just separate the codes with a comma after selecting your booking  and being brought to the checkout page.

Either add the code at checkout when booking, or hop on over to our gift certificates page and click on the link to redeem a certificate.

Yes! Upon purchase, there is an option to write a message, along with 10 pre-made custom images. You can also upload your own custom image! Image dimensions for certificates are  164 pixels width x 234 pixels height. 

You can email the ticket after saving it as a .pdf, or print it off and give it to them as a physical copy. It is highly recommended you save a spare copy in the event the original is lost.
