Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking to go over briefings, sign our waiver, and use the restroom.
If you do not arrive at your scheduled start time or are not ready to start at your scheduled time, we will be subject to deduct time from the 60 minutes allotted for your game. All our games run on a schedule and there is likely another group booked after you. Thanks for your understanding.
Cancellations: If contacted less than 24 hours of your scheduled booking, you will be asked to reschedule your escape room for a different time or given the option of a gift certificate for future use. In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund or rescheduling given.
